by 'CAT' (City Airport Train): The City Airport Train (CAT) leaves every half hour from the airport and the city center (Landstrasse/Wien Mitte) – the ride lasts 16 minutes (single ride EUR 9.00, round trip Euro 16.00. It is possible to check in and receive one’s boarding pass at Wien Mitte (3, Invalidenstrasse / Marxer Brücke) on a specially designated City Airport Train track. The Hilton Vienna is located directly next to the 'CAT' train station.

by taxi: Taxis from the airport to the Hilton will cost approximately EUR 35.00 to EUR 40.00. Depending on traffic the taxi ride will be approximately 30 minutes.

A certificate of attendance will be available onsite at the registration desk.
| Official invitation |
An official letter of invitation will be forwarded to any participant upon request. However, this invitation implies no obligation, financial or otherwise, by the conference.
| Passports and visas |
Foreigners wishing to visit Austria should obtain a valid passport. Visitors from some countries should obtain an entry visa before coming to Austria. When uncertain as to the requirement for entry visa, please contact the Austrian embassy or consulate in your country as soon as possible. The conference is not responsible for obtaining visas for any participant.

Currency is the EUR (EUR €). Major credit cards are accepted in most restaurants and hotels.
| Insurance |
The Local Organizing Committee and ISID will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conferences or during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange for their own personal health, accident and travel insurance.
